Module: Logistics

We aim for efficiency in our shipping methods to ensure your items arrive promptly. Our total delivery timeline typically spans 2 to 3 business days . This process begins with 1 business day dedicated to order packaging and dispatch preparation within our facility.

Once the package is handed over to our logistics partners, the product transit phase requires an additional 1 to 2 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays in Singapore. Regarding order adjustments, cancellation is possible only while the product remains in our possession.

Once the item is dispatched and reaches the logistics stage, the delivery must be completed as scheduled. We operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis . We collect the full payment at your doorstep upon arrival. There are no hidden fees, and we do not apply any shipping costs to your order. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Module: Returns

Zoravellix provides a 30-day return policy that starts from the day of delivery. This policy applies specifically to instances where you receive a damaged, incorrect, or misfit item. If such an issue occurs, please email us at fashion@zoravellix.com to initiate the process. We will arrange a pickup from your location at no additional cost to you.

Once the item reaches our warehouse, we require 24 hours to inspect its condition. Following a successful inspection, we will either arrange a replacement or, if the item is unavailable or the damage is beyond repair, we will issue a full refund. Since we operate via COD, we do not have your billing data on file.

We will contact you via email to request your bank details for a transfer. Once we initiate the refund, it takes approximately 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider. We do not charge any restocking fees. However, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind . We encourage you to finalize your selection before confirming your purchase.
