  • Processing Phase: Once an order is placed, we require 1 business day for internal handling. This includes picking the items, performing a quality check, and packaging the order for safe transport.
  • Transit Phase: After the package is handed over to our logistics partners, the actual transit time to your address typically takes 1 to 2 business days. In total, you can expect your delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude Singapore public holidays.

  • Our handling cutoff time for same-day processing initiation is 10 AM SGT; orders placed after this time will begin their processing cycle on the following business day.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Method

We believe in a "what you see is what you pay" approach. Zoravellix does not apply any shipping fees, delivery charges, or hidden administrative costs to your purchase. Shipping is entirely free for all orders delivered within Singapore.

Furthermore, we do not require any minimum order value to qualify for this service.

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, the full payment of the order is collected by the delivery personnel at the time the package reaches your doorstep.

This method allows you to verify the arrival of your package before completing the billing transaction. Please ensure that the exact amount is ready for the courier to facilitate a smooth hand-off.

Order Tracking and Cancellations

Transparency is a core value of our operations. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a notification via email. Regarding order modifications, cancellations are only possible while the item is still in our warehouse.

Once the order has been handed over to the logistics team for delivery, the cancellation window closes, and the delivery process must be completed. We encourage all users to be certain of their purchase before the dispatch phase begins.
